Dr. Robert J. Decker, Director (ret) UPC, Las Cruces, NM Passes Away

The North American Liaison Bureau of UPC is saddened to announce that Dr. James Decker passed away January 20, 2012. Dr. Decker was the first Rector of the University in 1959. His vision and leadership paved the way for today’s vibrant University Protestant Congo with over 7,800 students. Jim was a consummate professional in every way. He will be missed.
